Currently, the surgery is open and operational but the doors are locked during the day. Only patients with pre-booked appointments will be allowed in.

This is to protect you and our staff from the risk of infection.

Please only use the intercom to get attention if you are attending for an appointment. For all other enquiries call the surgery or use e-Consult.

Please call us for all matters related to your care but please bear in mind that the phones lines are very busy. You can use e-Consult to get support and advice on-line.

You can register to use the NHS app for ordering repeat medication. If you have a passport or photo – driving licence you can register for this app without having to come to the surgery.

COVID-19 Bereavement line

St Luke’s are currently running a dedicated bereavement line for people that have lost loved ones to COVID-19.
The line is available Monday to Thursday from 13:00 – 16:30 telephone: 0333 400 2358
