Currently, both our surgery locations are open and accessible to patients with a pre-booked appointment. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, patients should not attend the practice unless asked to do so, this is to protect you and our staff from the risk of infection.

Please use the intercom on arrival to when attending an appointment. For all other enquiries please call the Surgery or use e-Consult (our online consultation service).

Please call us for all matters related to your care but bear in mind that the phones lines are very busy and for enquiries relating to Prescription Queries and Test Results lines will be answered from 2pm. Patients are encouraged to use e-Consult to get support and advice on-line.

You can register to use the NHS app for ordering repeat medication. If you have a passport or photo – driving licence you can register for this app without having to come to the surgery.

Patient Participation Group

We would like to know how we can improve our service to you and how you perceive the Practice and our staff.

To help us with this, we have set up a Patient Participation Group so that you can have your say. We will ask the members of this group to join meetings from time to time to ask questions such as: what you think about the quality of the care or service you have received.

We aim to gather as many patients as we can to get a truly representative sample of our patient population.
